Cross-Contamination

If your kitchen handles allergens (nuts, gluten, dairy, etc.) on the same surfaces or with shared utensils, customers with allergies need to know — even if a specific dish doesn't contain them.

Here's what your customers will see
Because your kitchen is shared, Mamori will display a "may contain" notice on every dish — covering the 14 EU regulated allergens. We make it clear there's a possibility, not a certainty.
